Nick Raudenski
Co-founder. Former U.S. Department of Homeland Security criminal investigator, with senior integrity roles at FIFA, UEFA, the International Testing Agency and the UCI. Teacher on sports corruption and integrity programmes, helping train investigation practitioners.

Affy Sheikh
Co-founder. Built and led Starlizard’s sports integrity division, following twelve years in UK law enforcement and government, including the Serious Organised Crime Agency (now National Crime Agency), Metropolitan Police and diplomatic service overseas.
Hamish Badenoch
Chief Financial Officer. Ten years’ CFO experience, including working with startups to providing financial planning, forecasting and strategy. Qualified Chartered Accountant, formerly of Deloitte.
Alok Ashtikar
Chief Technology Officer. Solutions architect and artificial intelligence expert with nearly 30 years of experience in software product development. Author of highly technical blogs on blockchain and software techniques, referenced by technology websites.

Barrister specialising in sports corruption, regulation and disciplinary proceedings. Has acted in major integrity cases for governing bodies and athletes before sports tribunals, courts and the Court of Arbitration for Sport. Former member of the ICC’s Anti-Corruption Unit Independent Oversight Group.
Ben Paterson
Sports betting and integrity specialist with over 20 years’ experience across betting, data and investigations. Has supported cases resulting in criminal convictions and sporting sanctions, helping governing bodies understand betting evidence and manage integrity risks.
Neil Whitbread
Former Scotland Yard detective specialising in intelligence, investigations and due diligence. Experienced in covert operations and serious organised crime, with subsequent roles at FACT and Silverseal delivering intelligence and due diligence for sports organisations, international law firms and major businesses.
